The Creative City

As part of the annual Birmingham Design Festival, an exhibition is produced to showcase the work of the designers, illustrators and creatives that live and work in the region.
The theme for 2021 was "The Creative City", I was invited to produce a poster.
My illustration takes inspiration from my childhood as a BMXer in Birmingham, and how I learned to view the city as a playground.
The posters were also exhibited throughout the billboards of the city, before being exhibited in Birmingham's Bullring shopping centre.
